Job Summary
The overall role of Supervisor, Engineering is to monitor engineering and mechanical operation and coach team and technician for continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and profitable in order to support the overall operation goal and company objective.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversea and manage daily engineering operation, monitor maintenance requests, manage building maintenance, and support operation team to ensure efficient plant operations
- Develop maintenance plan and continuously implement it to ensure that all relevant maintenance parts are sourced and reported in a timely manner to minimize breakdown and operation runs smoothly
- Examine needs on spare parts to minimize the unplanned stop with cost optimization.
- Supervise facilities team, third party, and sub-contractors to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and complied with ISO (QMS, EMS, FSMS, GMP, and HACCP) standard requirement and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Implement 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at Plant areas to ensure the efficiency and improvements in the work environment.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identify problems, and take prompt action on reliable repair and maintenance service responding to problems occurred.
- Seek for continuous improvement tool for electrical and mechanical team and provide the expertise training, technical guidance, and clear responsibilities to support overall operation
- Complete daily operation report, maintenance plan, and building maintenance and report to Senior Supervisor, Mechanical to monitor maintenance and inspection plans
- Other job will be assigned from time to time

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electric, Mechanic or equivalent
- Experiences:
- 4-6 years of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
- Skills and knowledge:
- Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management and interdependencies.
- Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S and HACCP in a manufacturing environment
- Competencies in computer and Microsoft offices skills
- Good level of English (Writing, listening and Speaking)
