Supervisor, Quality Control

Job Summary

The overall role of Supervisor, Quality Control is to strengthen product quality and provide continuous improvement on Quality Management System/Integrated Management System in order to achieve the highest standard of product quality.

Key Responsibilities  

1. Establish and communicate the policies and procedures to all relevant functions and people to develop effective quality control processes
2. Define specifications of raw materials and products in order to optimize the quality in control range
3. Initiate plan for trial/assessment of the new manufacturing process in order to define critical control points.
4. Monitor risk management activities to prevent all possible non-conformities from occurrences
5. Manage, delegate, monitor, coach, and motivate subordinates to deliver satisfactory performance and develop highly talented and potential successors
6. Do research and support to innovate products in response to customers’ needs and preferences
7. Support resource for upgrade laboratory (instrument, method, technology and capacity…) to achieve lab standard and deliver the qualified result

Qualifications

1. Education: Master or Bachelor Degree of Food Science and Industry Management or related field.
2. Experiences:
   • At least 3 years’ or over 3 years experiences in quality control, quality assurance, research and development and manufacturing management
3. Skills and knowledge:
   • Word, excel, PowerPoint, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP etc.
