Job Summary
To maximize company sales to drive company revenue from institutional and group clients and partners. Officer, Corporate Sales is expected to be a member of the sales force team, executing monthly sales plan to achieve sales target.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research in relevant field to develop corporate sales strategy.
- Identify the latest trends of corporate behavior in hosting event and preference to associate own product to fit in hospitality and tourism market.
- Identify lead clients/partners and conduct sales calls and visits, and attend networking events to generate qualified leads and expand the customer base.
- Present company products & services to clients/partners to effectively communicate value propositions and spark interest in partnership or purchase.
- Maintain relationship with current clients/partners to maintain repeated business and identify new opportunity for growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from proposal to closing to ensure timely and professional execution of deals and events.
- Track and follow up orders according to the pending project & timeline with customers to ensure timely and professional execution of deals and events.
- Work closely with relevant functions and pass reservation to call center team to make sure all the bookings are aligned and settled for customers.
- Prepare and present accurate reports and overall corporate sales performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform other tasks assigned by a direct superior.

- Be able to close deal in timely manner and coordinate for smooth completion of events.
- Be able to pay a visit to customers and other corporate clients when necessary.
- Be able to make extra contribution in effort and time for out-of-working hour events.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Communications or relate fields.
- Experiences:
- At least 1 year of working experience in F&B or Tourism and Hospitality field
- Have experience in offline and online sales, call center, sales consultancy and other sales related work
- Skills and knowledge:
- Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good command of both spoken and written in English
- Grooming, Presentation Skill, Confidence, Dynamic and Problem-Solving Skills
- Communication, negotiating skill, time management and commitment
- A positive attitude of “Customer First” and turning complaints or feedback into opportunity and growth
