Senior Executive, Event and CSR

Job Summary

The overall role of Senior Executive, Event and CSR is to maintain the relationship between an organization and the publics to inform the public about how company activities will impact the community, and coordinate and manage an organization’s response to negative events as they occur. PACs work under multiple deadlines and attend meetings with fellow employees and community interests’ groups.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop event and CSR plan and strategies to further improvement to ally with the mission and vision of the company;
  2. Liaise with government institution, stakeholders, media and partners for better relationship of the company;
  3. Work with corporate communication sub-function to support on social campaigns and event management;
  4. Prepare and produce official letter, presentations, press releases and other statement
  5. Facilitate with enquiries, suggestions and complaints from the public, the media, stakeholders and partners;
  6. Build the relationship with the internal functions for better collaboration to support the implementation of duties;
  7. Organize and manage the public events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits;
  8. Collect the matters related public affairs and propose for the solution to the issues;
  9. Report the progresses and achievements of event and CSR regularly to the management team
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

  2. Ability to effectively work with colleagues from different functions in order to acquire high level of supports

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor degree in Media and Communication, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  1. Experiences:
    • At least 1 year of experience working in customer care division, or similar role.
  2. Skills and knowledge:
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Office;
    • Problem Solving Skills;
    • Communication and negotiating skills;
    • Good usage of Khmer and English;
    • Good knowledge customer management;
    • Good management and team work skills;
    • Good organizational skills;
    • Good time management;
    • Diligent and meticulous personality; and
    • Multi-task and no task-discrimination.
