Officer, Employee Engagement

Job Summary

The Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Officer supports the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities to enhance the employee experience, strengthen company culture, and promote a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities (team building, celebrations, and internal campaigns & annual agenda) to ensure the events run smoothly.
  2. Assist in conducting engagement surveys and collecting employee feedback.
  3. Support internal communications on announcements, newsletters, and event updates.
  4. Assist in organizing town halls and internal events to encourage strong employee participation.
  5. Track participation rates and prepare basic engagement reports.
  6. Coordinate and support internal communication campaigns across company channels (email, intranet, notice boards, etc.).

 

Success Factors

  1. Clear, timely, and accurate internal communication that reaches employees effectively.
  2. Positive employee participation in engagement activities and communication platforms.
  3. Strong collaboration with different departments to support engagement initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  1. Experiences:
  • 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or event coordination.
  1. Skills and knowledge:
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Energetic, creative, and people-oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office; design skills are a plus.
