Job Summary
The Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Officer supports the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities to enhance the employee experience, strengthen company culture, and promote a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities (team building, celebrations, and internal campaigns & annual agenda) to ensure the events run smoothly.
- Assist in conducting engagement surveys and collecting employee feedback.
- Support internal communications on announcements, newsletters, and event updates.
- Assist in organizing town halls and internal events to encourage strong employee participation.
- Track participation rates and prepare basic engagement reports.
- Coordinate and support internal communication campaigns across company channels (email, intranet, notice boards, etc.).
Success Factors
- Clear, timely, and accurate internal communication that reaches employees effectively.
- Positive employee participation in engagement activities and communication platforms.
- Strong collaboration with different departments to support engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experiences:
- 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or event coordination.
- Skills and knowledge:
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Energetic, creative, and people-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office; design skills are a plus.
