Job Summary

The overall role of Intern is to support the recruitment process and employer branding aiming to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and organized Application Tracking List to track applicant’s progress throughout the recruitment process.
  2. Arrange interview schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Record job requisition received and update statues to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
  4. Support on administrative work on preparing Job Offer Letter and Employment Contract to successful candidates.
  5. Generate and manage HR Information System to create new Staff ID for new hires to facilitate their integration into system.
  6. Oversee staff profile to ensure all employee data is current and accurately reflects their role and status within the organization.
  7. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Success Factors

  1. Support the recruitment process and Human Resources administration effectively.

 

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Economics, Administration Management or other related fields
  1. Experiences:
    • Fresh graduated student are encouraged to apply
    • 1 year of experiences in recruitment or overall HR practices
  2. Skills and knowledge:
    • Communication and Interpersonal skills
    • Be digitalized oriented
    • Document control
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software)
    • Language: Command use both Khmer and English
