Job Summary
The overall role of Intern is to support the recruitment process and employer branding aiming to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organized Application Tracking List to track applicant’s progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Arrange interview schedule between candidates and hiring managers.
- Record job requisition received and update statues to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Support on administrative work on preparing Job Offer Letter and Employment Contract to successful candidates.
- Generate and manage HR Information System to create new Staff ID for new hires to facilitate their integration into system.
- Oversee staff profile to ensure all employee data is current and accurately reflects their role and status within the organization.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.

- Support the recruitment process and Human Resources administration effectively.
Qualifications
- Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Economics, Administration Management or other related fields
- Experiences:
- Fresh graduated student are encouraged to apply
- 1 year of experiences in recruitment or overall HR practices
- Skills and knowledge:
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Be digitalized oriented
- Document control
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software)
- Language: Command use both Khmer and English
